Each ticket includes a guaranteed seat in the Balcony Room for the 5:30pm Show on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at the Louisville Palace, along with a meal selection of your choice.

Meal selections must be made for each ticket at the time of purchase. Meals may not be customized. They are served as is. 

**DO NOT leave open seats in between parties when selecting seats. If you leave an open seat between your tickets and another party, A Wizard's Christmas reserves the right to reseat you. Any reseating will not result in a refund and all reseated parties will be notified at least 30 days prior to the event.

Enjoy Louisville's most magical holiday dinner and show event!

Guests will get to dine in one of our 5 immersive dining halls styled after a wintery garden on the Castle Grounds, 2nd Floor Corridor in the Palace, Potions Classroom, Magical Marketplace and the Great Hall. While enjoying a 3-course plated experience, our magical professors of Divination, Herbology, Dueling, Magical Creatures, and Potions while rotate to each room for guests to get the chance to experience an interactive preview class of each kind. Attendees can also purchase bubbling brews in our alchemists bar and take a photo with their favorite characters.

Once the dinner has concluded, guests will get to shop in our magical marketplace with a mixture of fan favorites as well as hand-made exclusive collections.

What does the event include:

  • All tickets include access to the experience, one seat reservation, and one of our three course meal selections.
  • Seating is selected with ticket purchase. To be seated with or close to other groups and/or guests, tickets must be purchased together under one primary name. Open seats cannot be left between parties. If you purchase seats and leave an open seat between your tickets and the closest booked seats, your seats will be reassigned to eliminate any open seats. You will notified of any seat changes at least 30 days prior to your event.
  • Meal selections must be made at the time of the ticket purchase. Orders will not be processed without meal selections. Meal selections include an Adult Meal, Kid’s Meal, or Vegan Meal. All meals were created to accommodate major food allergens. Additional meal requests CANNOT be made.
  • All individuals over the age of two must have a seat. Children two and under may sit in someone’s lap and do not require a seat reservation.



Show Timeline:

Birthday Add-Ons: “Happee Birthdae Wizard” Cakes can be added for $45.99. They cannot be personalized. All cakes are chocolate with buttercream icing and are made similar to the famous wizard movie cake. Plates/utensils are included at the table. No candles allowed in the venue.


Handicap Accessibility: The entire event is handicap accessible. However, not all seats are handicap friendly. Please be sure to avoid tickets that are marked as “not handicap accessible “. Please note all handicap requirements, along with sensory issues, in the “Notes” section of your tickets. We will do our best to accommodate all needs, but cannot guarantee accommodations if they are not properly noted during ticket purchase.


Parking: Parking is not included with the fee of admission. You can park on the street, at the parking garage next to the Palace, or you can easily access The Louisville Palace from local hotels.


Hotels & Accommodations: A Wizard’s Christmas does not offer any hotel or accommodation add-ons. The hotels that are located within walking distance of the Louisville Palace are:


Merchandise: Most items will range from $25-$75. The marketplace will include a variety of items such as:

  • Licensed plush animals, Alabaster logo apparel, wizard candy, hand made custom wands, wizard jewelry, and other unique, handmade wizard and magical Items.
  • The marketplace will be open before the show for the VIP guests and after the show for all general admission guests. The amount of guests allowed in the marketplace at a time will be modified based on COVID restrictions. More information will be available closer to the event.

All major credit cards are accepted. All sales are final. No refunds of any kind for any reason will be issued for marketplace sales. Cash not accepted.

Refunds & Cancellations: All tickets are non-refundable, unless government restrictions mandate that we cannot have at least 143 seats per event. If the event must be canceled per government restrictions, we will attempt to reschedule the date within 90 days of cancellation. If we are unable to reschedule the event within 90 days of cancellation, then we will offer guests the option of a ticket refund or reservations at the next event. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. All refunds will be issued in full, minus any processing fees Shopify charges.

If ticket holders are unable to attend the new date, should the event be postponed, then ticket holders will have 10 business days to request a refund once the new date has been announced. If ticket holders do not request a refund within ten business days of the new date being announced, then their tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date and no refund will be issued for ANY reason.

If a ticket holder cannot attend an event for personal reasons, they may sell or transfer their tickets to someone else. In order to do this, they must email A Wizard’s Christmas ( a minimum of seven days before the event with the new ticket holder’s name, phone number, and email address.

A Wizard’s Christmas and any of its sister companies, vendors, or affiliates are not responsible for assisting in the resale or transfer of tickets. Resale of tickets may be posted on our social media, but it is the ticket holder’s sole responsibility to handle all resales or transfers. A Wizard's Christmas is not responsible for any fraudulent ticket sales or ticket sales purchased outside of Shopify ticket platform.

All sales are final and ticket holders may not request date changes once tickets are purchased.

We will not offer any refunds due to government or non-government regulations such as mask mandates, vaccination requirements, live nation COVID restrictions, vendor restrictions, or any other government mandates pertaining to live events, indoor dining, or group gatherings.


Ticket Changes: In the event that a person needs to make any ticket changes after purchasing their ticket, they need to email with the changes needed. All changes will incur a $25/per person charge. No exceptions! We will not offer any refunds due to government or non-government regulations such as mask mandates, vaccination requirements, live nation COVID restrictions, vendor restrictions, or any other government mandates pertaining to live events, indoor dining, or group gatherings.


COVID Rules:

We will update these rules and regulations as we get closer to the event based on the climate of the situation.

As of 4.27.2022 Live Nation/Louisville Palace has no COVID policies or mandates.


Frequently Asked Questions:


No. All tables must stay as is during the event. If you have a larger crowd, we recommend you purchase your tickets under one name so our staff can better seat you together.



Restrooms are available on property and are easily accessible during the event.



There is an elevator available in the building for handicap needs only.



The event offers four interactive “classes” between each dinner course. Guests will get to participate in Herbology Class, Magical Creatures Class, Divination, and Duals & Spells while enjoying their multi-course dinner! Magical Creatures' will feature live animals. We will also have special guests from both Alabaster and the famous Wizard movie present throughout each event.
